Invitation to Attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting

Towards Hope and Peace Charitable Association (Salamtak) is pleased to announce the convening of its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, to be held on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM.

The meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom, with the participation of the General Assembly members, while being simultaneously hosted at the Association's headquarters in Gaza City, to discuss the items listed on the agenda and adopt the necessary resolutions in accordance with the Association's Bylaws.

Meeting Agenda

Registration, welcome, and recitation of Al-Fatiha in memory of the martyrs.

Opening remarks by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and official commencement of the meeting.

Presentation and approval of the Association's Administrative Reports for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Presentation and approval of the Association's Financial Reports for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Election of the External Auditor for the new fiscal year.

Election of a new Board of Directors.

Note

To ensure that all General Assembly members have sufficient time to review the relevant documents prior to the meeting, the Administrative Report and the Financial Report have already been published through the Association's official communication channels and circulated to all General Assembly members via the Association's official WhatsApp group.

Their contribution is essential to supporting the Association's mission and strengthening the principles of transparency, good governance, and institutional participation.
